We had a smooth check-in process, and the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We even received a lovely gesture for our special occasion, with champagne and a sweet card left in our room. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the main T stations and within walking distance of the common gardens. Additionally, the bathroom and shower facilities were top-notch, and the valet parking service made our stay even more convenient.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the theater district, making it convenient for exploring downtown activities and enjoying excellent dining options in all directions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff members, especially Simi and Stephen, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities, including the noise machine and charging ports, were a nice touch.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern decor and multiple amenities like dimming lights and a wireless speaker in the room. The location was perfect, close to the subway and within walking distance of several different neighborhoods and the Wang theater.

The room amenities were very nice, with comfortable beds and convenient features like a noise machine and charging ports. The location was great, close to everything and in a quiet area.

The hotel was very secure, requiring a key to access the elevator. The room was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of plug sockets. The location was excellent, close to clubs, the Common Gardens, and South Station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
